My Change Readiness Assessment will identify your organisation's readiness for change, associated risks, and recommendations to remediate them.

Purpose

To asses the organisation’s readiness to successfully embark on the proposed change or innovation program.

To provide oversight of the program from initiation through to delivery by providing an independent bridge between Project Office and senior/Executive stakeholders.

I will provide full-time hands-on program management throughout the program, as the program is established with hand-off to your own program manager, or as an interim to cover absence or other short/medium term requirement.

To provide task level management of the program, delivering benefits to the agreed project timescale and budget.

Done well, workshops are a valuable tool for any business.  Done poorly, they can be perceived as a waste of time and effort.

Effective preparation, facilitation, and  write-up ensuring the most effective use of stakeholder and contributor time.
